I am only slightly obsessed with food...just a bit!!
After growing up as a VERY picky eater, my husband first introduced me to sushi when we were dating - it was not love at first bite! After working in food service, I am a completely different person. I actually eat and enjoy vegetables (and sushi) and really love sampling cuisine from all over the world. I have coordinated all kinds of events — from high end formal seated dinners, to intimate dinner parties, to weddings, fundraisers, to corporate and private holiday parties. Anything that pertains to the food portion of the event, from menu consults, negotiating food-only costs, rental coordination, staffing to timelines and venue walk throughs, I am your point of contact. No need to work with multiple sales reps or be passed around during your planning process!
As your Catering Concierge, I match your event to the appropriate Catering Company and Chef. I listen to what you say you need and want in the way of food, presentation, style and budget and then offer you suggestions as to who might best fulfill your needs. There is no charge for my service.
