Event Coordination
Day of Coordination Packages starting at *$1300
(Begins 6 Weeks Prior to Wedding Date)
● Unlimited vendor referrals , menu planning, catering concierge services and professional advising throughout the planning process
● Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Phone and/or video chats by appointment
● Table, Chair, Linen and Equipment rentals
● Development of a detailed wedding timeline
● venue walk through and development of ceremony and reception diagram (typically scheduled 30-60 days prior to the wedding date)
● Coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors 10-14 days prior to wedding to confirm their arrival times, day of emergency contact information, obtain insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, provide detailed event timeline and any other pertinent details
● On site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and reception for up to 10 (ten) hours on the day of your wedding. On site coordination of rehearsal for up to 2 hours (additional rehearsal fee)
● Greet and instruct all vendors as needed
● Distribution and pinning of boutonnieres, distribution of bouquets and VIP flowers
● Set up, styling and removal of all personal/client provided items to include, but not limited to escort cards, guest book, card box, favors, centerpieces, table numbers, programs, diy elements and gifts (assistant may be required)
● Access to wedding day emergency kit
● Access to complimentary signage, battery candles and decor items
● Preferred Venue and Caterer discounts available
● Additional services available at $50/hour to include, but not limited to the design of ceremony programs, escort cards, menu cards, seating chart, table numbers or attendance at vendor meetings, dress fitting/bustling, etc.

Catering Concierge
As your Catering Concierge, I match your event to the appropriate Catering Company and Chef. I listen to what you say you need and want in the way of food, presentation, style and budget and then offer you suggestions as to who might best fulfill your needs. Catering proposals will be provided from one or more companies with me as your advocate and representative. With my years of extensive catering experience, I help you navigate the world of event catering and comparing proposals to ensure that all of your needs are being met and you are not surprised by add on charges late in the planning process. Catering concierge services can be engaged separately from event coordination and are free of charge.
